“…This is the second year we stayed at the Killington Chalet. The house was clean and ready for our check in. What stands out is the responsiveness of the owner. He informed us before our arrival that a couch was broken and a replacement would take a few weeks, however, it turned out the couch was useable for our stay. A snowstorm arrived the night before our checkout and the owner made sure the driveway was plowed before our departure. It is the owner's responsiveness to any concerns that easily turns a good stay into a great stay.…
